REFUND/EXCHANGES
POLICY
1. EC CPR does
not offer refunds on courses that were cancelled or were not attended by the student.
2. EC CPR will
offer a credit to the student towards the same course or a similar course for any student cancellation or non-attendance.
This credit is redeemable and valid up to one (1) year from date of class cancellation or non-attendance. The credit becomes
void and remains non-refundable after this one-year period.
3. The student
may reschedule a class up to a maximum of three (3) times. The credit becomes void and remains non-refundable after three
(3) reschedules or after a one-year period from the original class date.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
1. EC CPR will
notify students of any cancelled or rescheduled class no later than seventy-two (72) hours from the day of the class.
2. EC CPR will
offer a refund or credit for any payment made if a class was cancelled indefinitely, with no reschedule date.
3. EC CPR will
deem the student credit valid for one (1) year from date of cancelled class. The student may take a course of the same or
lesser value within (1) year from date of the cancelled class. The credit becomes void and remains non-refundable after this
one-year period.
