refund & exchanges policy

1. EC CPR does not offer refunds on courses that were cancelled or were not attended by the student.
2. EC CPR will offer a credit to the student towards the same course or a similar course for any student cancellation or non-attendance. This credit is redeemable and valid up to one (1) year from date of class cancellation or non-attendance. The credit becomes void and remains non-refundable after this one-year period.
3. The student may reschedule a class up to a maximum of three (3) times. The credit becomes void and remains non-refundable after three (3) reschedules or after a one-year period from the original class date.

class cancellation policy

1. EC CPR will notify students of any cancelled or rescheduled class no later than seventy-two (72) hours from the day of the class.
2. EC CPR will offer a refund or credit for any payment made if a class was cancelled indefinitely, with no reschedule date.
3. EC CPR will deem the student credit valid for one (1) year from date of cancelled class. The student may take a course of the same or lesser value within (1) year from date of the cancelled class. The credit becomes void and remains non-refundable after this one-year period.

online courses policy

1. Registration cancellation may be done no later than 14 days from start of course upon submission of written notice.
2. Courses may not be cancelled later than 14 days but may be rescheduled and taken within one (1) year from date of cancellation.
3. The participant has one year to complete the online course, after which, incomplete courses may be voided and no contact hours will be provided. The student will need to re-register and pay for the course again in order to finish.
